This is so sudden
How you've addressed me and then undressed me
Without even knowing me
You know that I'd be laughin' like a has been.
Swing, come on lemme see you swing, lemme see you swing.
Swing, come on lemme see you swing, lemme see you swing.
This is so sudden
How you've addressed me and then undressed me
Without even knowing me
You know that I'd be laughin' like a has been.
New is new is on you it's not here not soon what's new is new is you, you.
Not that you knew the same old beautiful view
What's new is new is new is, what's new is new is you.
This time next year, we're going to make it
This time next year, will be our year.

Driving to country home at the end of the hour
Stuck back in time on the edge of a clock tower
Giving the roadkill names
Hoping the sun falls
And you held me like your house burnt down
And I was a firefighter
End your pointless need for the daily mail
All you need to know is I am here
Trying to soak up some earth
Worth more than going the distance
Back and forth and back
The day's gone who's left to talk to you now
And I held you like my house burnt down
And you were a firefighter
I can see the blue blood on your hands
On your hands
The undertow will be the easy
It's wonderful that I can get me here
Underwater the shades of grey swim from ear to ear
Sunk to the botton playing business with the bottom of your soon fear
Remembrance is meant to drown, hope that I dry off.
Not that I want strength to hold me here
Not after this at least

Wear my clothes
I promise I won't tell anybody
If you get past the gate
Tell me what it's like on the other side
If this place collapses make sure to breathe
Come back here I want to compliment you on your style
Your boundless beauty, your rusty city
Help me understand your common language
Your upper class leanings, your lower class means
What ever that means
Come back here I want to compliment you on your style
Your boundless beauty, your rusty city
Help me understand your common language
Your upper class leanings, your lower class means
What ever that means
I can't keep this a secret anymore
You know we're confined but they listen through a secret door
Erase these thoughts with your hands
Take my heart and dig it deep into the sand
Come back here I want to compliment you on your style
Your boundless beauty, your rusty city
Help me understand your common language
Your upper class leanings, your lower class means
What ever that means

Grace on me, better tuck it in now boy
Save the gods from stones
They owe us all the bones
To walk the world undraw your folded arms
And tuck that in your pocket boy
Grace on me, sail into the ocean's green
Wish off all your clothes, expect the great compose
To feel nothing, unfold your dreary arms
And tuck me in your pocket boy
You take the words from my lips and you
You make a song but you sing it wrong
I'll build a barrier build a barrier of blood and bone
And I'll call it home.

Cuddle down
Singing to a man we know
Be his blessing
Watch his children fall asleep again
Treat yourself to a nightly drama
Analyze where the cast has gone
Blank canvas paper on a lily white
Face of dark
Come home to say nothing but a little goodmorning
Whose house is this? I've earned this stay.
What are we going to do when the town's gone
When a goddamn wave knocks your kids our of public school
Your sleep is over
What would you think if I woke you up
Was unsympathetic?
Said your goals were synthetic,
Media-made and pathetic?
I think that you'd think you were right I was wrong
Pessimist all along
With a jaw not as strong
This will be your only job.
Your only friends and only kids you'll ever know
Until you fall asleep

The space from here to you can't move around
I can get you to heaven and maybe elsewhere
Somewhere quick and not to far
You broke all your windows you know where the wind goes
How's that sound?
But it's better to stay here, you got a home here
And money's easy.
I never thought I'd see the day where you'd kneel to pray
But if you do, you should call me
But if you do, you should call me call me
But if you do, you should call me
But if you do, you should call me call me
The gold is under your feet
Grime on spark plug hearts and copper wire arteries
Stolen from foxholes in underdeveloped suburban streets
A fox bites a man
The sun he won't forget
I could write words,
I'd rather read blueprints of the room that I pace in
I'll strip the walls
There's gotta be something underneath,
There's gotta be something underneath.
Your tiny feet freeze imprints into my brain
Phrases repeat, I don't know how to explain
You overcome me you take all my words
Blue eyes control me love me till it hurts
Phrases repeat, love me until it hurts
Love me until it hurts.
Brightest you, violet on a sickest Monday
And I have to wait for another day to play the role of a man who needs this
The space from here to you can't move around

Flash me a crooked smile for the sake of imperfection
Take my bones as your own
Do with them what you will
Barely a sign of weakness
Quitting in a week or less
A freer spirit you are not
Taking pot shots at the sidewalk
Like you want to know what love is
Like you want to know what love is
Like you want to know what love is
Like you want to know what love is
Ever feel yourself this strong
You knock yourself away now what is wrong
Like you're saying like you're saying
It tastes like words are killing each other in the loudest ways
Wish you'd just give up on me
Sounds like you've got plans for me
It sounds like you've got plans for me
Wish you'd just give up on me
Sounds like you've got plans for me
It sounds like you've got plans for me
Like you want to know what love is
Like you want to know what love is
Like you want to know what love is
Like you want to know what love is
Ever feel yourself this strong
You knock yourself away now what is wrong
Like you're saying like you're saying
It tastes like words are killing each other in the loudest ways
Wish you'd just give up on me
Sounds like you've got plans for me
It sounds like you've got plans for me

I wish you were I wish you weren't scared to say.
That a little bit of quick doesn't hurt us anyway.
Come come come bring us some some some of your dance moves your dance moves
Not a lot of not a lot of form left
Not a lot of stuffing in you you you you thief.
Come on hun hun you're the one one one
I love the maximum in you you you.
I am sick sick sick of politics, those dicks
And false romancing we're dancing we're dancing.
Oh oh oh oh do you really want to know
Why I adore you matador, you matador, you.
Hard luck red wrist,
You can step on me if you need to to do the twist
Tease the bull
Breathe in breathe in and until you're full.
I am sick sick sick of politics, those dicks
And false romancing we're dancing we're dancing.
Oh oh oh oh do you really want to know
Why I adore you matador, you matador, you.

Get that weight off of your back
In the bedroom with your clothes in a stack
Distill the pain in pools
In the bathroom with your yeast and yarn on spools
There's your melancholy
At the window crying for their mommy
All the newspapers say
No one's coming home for dinner, not today
What have I become?
What have I become?
What have I become?
What have I become?
What have I become?
What have I become?
What have I become?
What have I become?
I want you I can't have you
I tried tried tried
I tried tried tried
Unseen walls without faces
They'll burn burn burn
They'll burn burn burn
Burning candles, burning race cars
They'll always go out
They'll always go out
Broken mirrors, thousands of faces
Look at you.

This album was recorded haphazardly in a hot, sweaty, smelly bedroom. All the implications there are to be considered asexual.
Belle Vue is a semi-concept album based on the backdrop of a fictional future for Belle Vue, Manchester. The area, formerly home to a large circus, zoo, and amusement park as well as other attractions, is a shell of its former self, but is rejuvenated and brought into the 21st century. It's a swanky big deal of a place of hedonism and fun times. Dance clubs, breathtakingly electrolytic vistas, and beautiful people dominate the attention of everyone. The songs depict the various activities, emotions, and lives of people spending a Summer in this wonderland.
